Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium is Armenia's national stadium, in central Yerevan. Opened in 1935 as Dinamo Stadium and renovated in 1953, 1999 and 2008, it has carried the name of former prime minister Vazgen Sargsyan since 1999. Owned by the Football Federation of Armenia, it is an all-seater of about 14,500 and hosts the national team and Armenian clubs' European matches.
